BUYER REGISTRATION PROCESS
The registration process for Buyers start with a simple form submission. TradeRiver USA will review your submission and see if you qualify to use the trade finance platform. Once TradeRiver USA confirms the Buyer's eligibility, the Buyer can see the platform in action. Once credit is approved, Buyers complete a simple online enrollment process and are ready to transact with their suppliers anywhere in the world.
SELLER REGISTRATION PROCESS
The registration process for Sellers is a simple online process that takes minutes to complete. Sellers begin by clicking the ‘Login’ link on the TradeRiver USA home page, then click ‘Register’ and enter basic company information and sign the online TradeRiver ’Seller Agreement’. Sellers are then ready to transact with Buyers on the STEPS Transaction Platform. There is no credit qualification requirement for Sellers.
The transaction process on the TradeRiver USA STEPS platform is simple. First the Buyer creates a new transaction and the Seller agree to the currency, value and goods. Next, the Buyer accepts repayment obligation and then TradeRiver USA approves payment to the Seller who receives the payment in their preferred currency in 24 hours. The buyer takes up to 120 days of credit and once repaid, the funds are available to use again.
